A connection to people's individual stories is what drew me to coaching. Working in sales helped develop this awareness.

Selling is about forging authentic, mutually beneficial relationships based upon trust, and a deep understanding about what’s important to people and their organization. I was successful because I was a trusted advisor and furthered my goals and those of colleagues.  I now bring this experience to how I work with my coaching clients helping them gain new insights as they achieve the goals they set. 

I have learned how the process of selling is similar to the process of coaching; the main difference being coaching allows you the time to focus internally so you can discover new opportunities. My job as a coach is to ask probing open-ended questions to support the change you desire by expanding perspective and inspiring new insight. Being an executive coach allows me to shift from selling a specific product or solution as a representative of an organization, to now supporting leadership across industries, focusing on the most valuable decisions people need to make, as people's intellectual and emotional capacity is their most valuable product. 

I love what I do as I integrate my own talents to focus on you. I am informed by my drive for results as a competitive athlete and also informed by my life as an artist in looking at problems from multiple perspectives, finding creative options to difficult workplace problems.

People often reach out to me when they need to think differently.  I forge highly supportive and confidential partnerships with the individuals and teams I support. In each engagement, we together focus on incremental change while tackling larger goals. We do this by preserving a leader’s most valuable resource: energy.  I understand resilience and vulnerability having coped with a near-death experience that gave me the courage to take disparate parts of my own identity and combine them in one place: coaching. I bring a respect of time, a value of what matters and a commitment to create a safe space for reflection, and growth to achieve results.
